Healthy Eating Pyramid - Harvard’s Take
A friend sent me this link to the Harvard University Healthy Eating Pyramid and its a nice way to think about how to feed yourself and your kids. It basically gets to what Michael Pollan (author of the Omnivores Dilemma) summarizes as the basic way to approach food - “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.”
Focus on real food, not processed stuff from factories and make as much of it plant-based as possible. Its not as easy as it sounds, but its something we’re trying actively to implement in our day to day lives.
