Not only that, AND you get a sweet cream buttermilk by-product that is entirely different from what you buy in the store. I seem to recall a german chocolate birthday cake Paul made me in 1972 that holds a place in history never matched!

As one of the people who ate this butter, I’m probably never going to have store-boughten again. Mmmmm, butter…. can’t wait to try cooking with it.
