We took the kids to the Maryland Renaissance Festival today to ensure their indoctrination into that hallowed hall of nerd-dom (nerddom? nerdom?) If you’ve never been, its quite a fun daytrip, full of spectacle and food on a stick. And facepainting!
In a funny coincidence, the Washington Post Magazine for this Sunday features the Renaissance Festival and has an article on office workers quitting their jobs to become farmers. We’re so hip.
